Responding to Play Live Feedback

With e-safety in mind and in response to feedback from teachers, the development team have been working on some changes to PlayLive recently that have now gone live.

We have added a new 'Privacy' button on the PlayLive front page which enables you to hide players names if you would prefer pupils full names to not be displayed. So for example, only one name will be shown for each player. We have also made it possible for you to show or hide the school  name, change which name is displayed (first or surname), have initials only displayed, or choose randomly from a list of avatars.

The changes demonstrate that we are committed to ensuring that our activities and other live features are completely safe and secure for our users.
