During the ceremony which was accompanied by a champagne reception and live jazz band, Carol cut the ribbon to the new building, and Tom Morgan, who has been with the company for its full 10 years, cut the special EducationCity.com opening cake.

EducationCity.com, which for the last 6 years was based in Melton Mowbray, moved to its new 9,000 sq. ft office in Saddlers Court, just off Land’s End Way, in August, and is delighted with the result, as the new offices truly reflect the EducationCity.com brand, and give the company the much needed space its strived for to expand its infrastructure and team to better support its 12-000 strong customer base.

Matt Drakard, Director, who lives in Barnsdale, says: “This is a very exciting time in our development. The offices we had at PERA served us very well, but as we’ve got bigger we’ve just outgrown them. Our new 9,000 sq.ft purpose-built office in Oakham is the perfect place for our headquarters, and allows us to present ourselves as the market leading educational brand we are.”
