Changing levels

I subscribed to education city about a month ago and my daughter is at the reception level for literacy, maths and science. She has now completed all the science games but no new ones have appeared. How does this work? How do the children progress through the levels?
I understand that I can switch levels 3 times during my subscription, but I thought that once we had completed all the games at 1 level it would progress automatically. Are we really limited on the number of games we can play during 1 subscription?

Thanks.
