Hello.
Over the months I have printed off Test Certificates and the details shown on them have varied.
Some show the NC Level, some don't. Some show the Year level of the Test, some don't.
I have set all the preferences to ON but this hasn't made any difference.
Is it possible to show both the NC Level and the Year Level on the certificates?
If this has been removed for a reason could you perhaps please explain why?
A few days ago I printed a Certificate for Test A which showed NC Level but no year, and I have just reprinted the same Certificate for the same test and it's showing the year but not the NC Level.
Also, can the date default to the date of the test, rather than the date the certificate was printed?
Thanks again.

Dear Sammy,
Thanks for your email.
The details on our Test Certificates can differ because of the different test types. Certificates for our Quick Tests, for example, will not show NC levels because the tests do not include enough questions for us to predict an accurate level. Full Tests show NC levels because they have more questions.
You mentioned you'd printed out a certificate on two separate occasions - and once it gave you the NC level, once it didn't. We're trying to recreate this problem here but unfortunately haven't been able to see it as yet. Leave it with us though, we'll investigate further and get it fixed, and also make it possible to see the year and NC level on every certificate we can.
With regards to the date, the certificate will always show the date the certificate is printed. If you go into SuccessTracker via Parents - Features - SuccessTracker - Daily Score (new front page) or My Account - SuccessTracker - Daily Score (current front page) however, you will be able to see the date that the test was taken along with scores, levels etc.
I hope this helps.
