Changing academic years

To change the levels, log in as normal, then on the upper part of the home page, select the 'Parents' option.

Now select the 'Subscription' tab, enter your password to continue, then click on the 'Change Academic levels' option from the left menu.

Follow the on-screen guide to change your child's levels. The system will take you through each subject for each child, then move on to the next child. Make all changes to all subjects required, then click 'Save'.

Please note: Change as many subjects as needed before you click ‘Save’ as the level change is based on saving changes not the number of subjects changed.

You then need to return to the main page and click "Log out".

Now log back in to see the new level range.

If you are still unclear, give us a ring on 0844 225 3060.

Level for child

Hi Hesk 7, Apologies for any confusion caused. F2 refers to Foundation 2. This is for children who are in Reception at school, who will be moving into Year 1 next year. From what you've said, this is the right level for your daughter.

Changing my childs Year

Hi, I can only see a minimum of 4-5 years old on the subscription level for my son. Is there any level below this available as my son has learning dificulties so this is too advanced for him.

Re: Changing my Childs Year

Hi there,

We would recommend that you sign up to take a free trial and see what activities and content may be most suitable for your son. The minimum we do have is 4-5 years old but please feel free to take a trial or call our customer services team for more information.

Best wishes,

Above you have said F2 is for

Above you have said F2 is for children in their second year of Reception and going into Yr 1 next year. This is WRONG! These children are F1. F2 children are the year below.
