Logging in help - Student Account Curfew (75)?
Hello
Do you know what it means when it comes up with "Student account curfew. (75)". I cannot log in with the ID and password details given by the school specific for my daughter but not sure if this is a password issue or a limitation on the number of people logging in to this account?

EducationCity.com CityPasses come as part of the Homework module which is bought for pupils by schools.
You therefore need to talk to the school for your pass or login details.

HELP!
Hi. I need to do homework for Education City, but I can't actually get in to the games to go on the 'Homework' button. My teacher said I just log on and it comes up, but it hasn't! How do you do it!

Hello there
Here are a few instructions that should help you access your homework:
1. login using your login details provided by your teacher
2. Click on the 'Homework' button on the bottom left hand side of the screen
3. Here you will find all of the Homework activities and Tests set by your teacher

EducationCity.com's 'Homework' is a module of our School product, designed to set homework for classes and sets outside of school. This is in addition to the school's subscription.

Sorry for the delay in my response, Sterry.
To set up a myCity, go into Parents, choose Features, then select Set up a myCity. You use it just as you used to.
Once set up, your child will be able to access the games via his/her homepage, as the myCity button sits alongside Games and mySuccess.

Hi Hagen,
EducationCity.com's Homework module is an extra that can be added to our School product. It's designed to help teachers set homework for classes and sets outside of school.
As you are home schooling, I imagine you have the Home product. You can still set your children specific games to play with this, but would do so by "setting a myCity".
To set up a myCity, go into Parents, choose Features, then select Set up a myCity. The area has its own easy-to-follow instructions.
Once set up, your child will be able to access the games you've selected via his/her homepage, as the myCity button sits alongside Games and mySuccess.

I hope there is someone out there able to help me - My daughter has been given a pupil ID and password by the school today to access homework etc. I have tried to log in but it keeps saying incorrect login details - As it is half term next week I am unable to ask the school if there has been a mistake but am I able to sort this out online somehow?

As it is half term however, we realise this can be a problem. If there is noone available at the school to check the details, please call our office and we can check what we can from a technical point of view.

The login area is the same for both the Home Product and Homework, so you're in the right place.
It will be your login details that are different to get into Homework.
Homework logins start with a 's', whereas Home Product logins start with a 'h'.
