Community

EducationCity.com has a real community following because we know how much kids love to interact with Stig, Sten, Manu and Klara, who many of them are familiar with from using EducationCity.com at school.

Because of this, we have incorporated our very own blog into EducationCity.com, through which we run puzzles, competitions and generally have fun. From sharing jokes, to running polls on anything and everything, there is always something going on to join in with.

We find too that the blog is an amazing tool to bring out the natural writer in kids, because with an audience to perform to they’re keener than ever to present their very ‘best’ work. The blog therefore presents great benefits in terms of helping children to:

a) tailor their message to their audience,

b) improve their spelling, grammar, typing and editing skills!

In terms of safety, rest assured we are keenly aware of the dangers chat on the Internet presents, and have therefore taken comprehensive measures to keep everyone safe. As a result, each and every comment is filtered for inappropriate language and checked by one of our moderators before being published.
