How do you allow children to access PlayLive as homework?

You will need to allow access to the whole subscription from home via Set Homework > Access Options.

<p> My Class has completed Year 6 Test A and B&nbsp;but not all children&nbsp;have sub levels.</p>

A sub level is generated once a child has completed all three full tests within an academic year.

Can I delete PlayLive scores?

I'm afraid not, no. However you can reset the PlayLive Leaderboard via Teacher Area > Schoolwide Settings > Preferences.

How can we reset the PlayLive Leaderboard now we've updated classes?

You can change the start date of the PlayLive Leaderboard at any time.Learn more

Can you change the pupils’ login name and password?

Logins cannot be changed so as to ensure uniqueness. Passwords can be changed by teachers via the Teacher Area.
 

How do I find a pupil’s login details if they lose them?

Via Teacher Area > Pupil Management > Allocate Homework Licences.
 

A pupil says they get an error message when they try to log on from home, what do I do?

Please ask the child’s parent/guardian to call us on 0844 225 3060 when they are in front of their computer. We can troubleshoot with them over the phone.
 

A pupil says that when they log on from home it says they have no homework set, why is this?

This means that the school has not allowed access to the entire resource from home, and the pupil has not been set Homework by their teacher.
