Yes, you can remove academic year/level references via SEN/ASN Preferences in the Teacher Area.

Why can pupils see other classes/pupil names?

The default setting is for children to choose their class and name from within the school. If you do not wish for this to happen you can set up Individual Login.

How do pupils save their scores?

The default setting is for students to save their scores once they’ve completed an activity or test. The pupil selects SuccessTracker > Save Score and chooses their class and name.Learn more
