Can you believe we’ve already reached single figures on our Festive Countdown? Time is flying and it’s getting very exciting!
What do we have behind the door for you today?
A lovely Learn Screen, Tech It Home, which looks at technology in the house.
Having recently prepared the house for Christmas, it’s clear that there is a vast array of devices and gadgets involved. When we think of Christmas for instance, we usually think of Christmas films on the television, we may play festive songs on a hi-fi and we typically have fantastic Christmas lights inside and outdoors with patterns and colours that you can change.
All of these examples and the other technology we use in our homes have something in common; they require us to programme them to make them function in some way!
This is what Meg and Chip cover within ‘Tech it Home’. From washing machines to DVD players, this Learn Screen will help your students learn that devices are all programmed to allow them to function in the way we want them to.
