At EducationCity, supporting our customers is really important, so when users need our help, we’re more than happy to assist in any way we can.
However, when EducationCity’s Customer Service Executive, Alex Tudno-Jones, went above and beyond for St. Thomas of Canterbury Catholic Primary School’s Donna Townsend, she was so pleased with his support that she wrote in to tell us about it!
Donna needed assistance uploading students, so she rang EducationCity to seek help. Alex supported her and quickly helped to get all her students uploaded for the new school year. Donna says: “What absolutely fantastic customer service Alex provided. I now have all classes’ login cards printed and ready for the new school year.” With all the other preparation teachers have for the new year, Donna mentioned she wouldn't have coped if Alex hadn't stepped in and added “Well done Alex!”
