Fitness Lesson Plans

Our cross-curricular Fitness Lesson Plan pack will keep your children moving as part of the school day.

It consists of two 15-minute activities for each day of the week, linked to maths and English objectives, which can be completed either at the beginning of the school day or after lunch.

In addition to these, you’ll find a Lesson Plan with linked resources to help your students understand and assess their own level of fitness.
