Another Blog Takeover!

Hello, I’m Charlotte! I am currently studying for a BTEC Extended Diploma in Business Level 3, and have just finished my first year. I am here at EducationCity.com doing work experience, and have just entered my second and final week.

My first week mainly consisted of interviewing members of staff from different departments throughout the company, ranging from HR and Sales and Marketing to the Art Department! I’ve enjoyed spending time finding out exactly what everyone’s job involves and the benefit it has to EducationCity.com.

This week I have been working in Business Development, HR, Content Production, Training, Finance, Art, Marketing and Product Development, and also learned about international sales, the strategic direction of the company and how educational leads are created.

It’s been great. The experience has helped me to put what I have learnt at college into practice, and everyone I’ve met has been really helpful.
