Business of the Year!

The team at EducationCity.com are proud recipients of yet another award as of last night, when we picked up the Business of the Year Award at the Mercury Business Awards 2013.

Scores of businesses entered this year and the judges handed out the prizes at a gala dinner, held at Greetham Valley Hotel, Golf and Conference Centre.

Rutland and Stamford Mercury deputy editor Mike Roberts, who hosted the awards, said, “It was great to see so many successful businesses last night and the quality of all the entries was excellent.”

Richard Whalley, Managing Director of EducationCity.com, was delighted with the win. He said, “We are honoured to be this year’s overall winner, especially as we were judged to excel in every single category, and given a special mention for our innovation, future development plans, expansion and employer status.”
