Customer Satisfaction Survey 2013: The Results

Just before the summer break, we sent out our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey to all our schools. Thank you so much to everyone who completed them for us!

We have now analysed all the feedback we received, and are very pleased to be able to share our headline results with you, below:

The results make brilliant reading and it’s absolutely fantastic to get your ‘thumbs up’ as a group for value for money, customer satisfaction and usage.

As ever, however, we know there’s a lot to do to keep up with the ever-changing world we live in, and no time for us to rest upon our laurels. Rest assured that we are already working hard on firm plans to coincide with the new National Curriculum launch with a view to us achieving the same, if not better, results in our customer survey next year!
