EducationCity scoop Bett Award

EducationCity is proud and delighted to have scooped a Bett Award, the most prestigious national award in the educational resources sector.

The award for Bett Exhibition Stand of the Year was presented to the leading online education company at the Bett Award dinner and ceremony, hosted by Jo Brand at The Brewery, London on Wednesday 22nd January.

Commenting on his company’s success, Richard Whalley, Managing Director of EducationCity, expressed his delighted with the win. He said:

“The Bett Show, held in London each year, is the most important show in the educationalist’s diary and as such, it is imperative a company like EducationCity maximises its potential. An effective stand is vital, as we need to immediately appeal to and interest potential new customers, support and inform our existing customers, and communicate our core brand values and messages.”

“This year, we have had an enormous amount of information to share with the introduction of the new National Curriculum and a major product upgrade. To gain an award for an effective, vibrant exhibition stand is a great acknowledgement that we are getting those key business messages across, which can only be fantastic news. It is of course recognition for a great product and great team as well as for the stand itself.”

This year at Bett, EducationCity’s primary objective was to showcase V2, its new, improved product which subscribers will automatically be upgraded to later in the year. V2 incorporates an updated and refreshed customer interface, completely revised curriculum maps and content for the new National Curriculum, a totally new Computing module, an exciting and fast-moving PlayLive challenge for French and accessibility via mobile devices.
