EducationCity Supports Anna’s Hope at Burghley House

On Saturday evening, 7th June, five ladies from EducationCity donned wings, tiaras and tutus and transformed into fairies for the night to support the fundraising efforts of East Midlands charity, Anna’s Hope. They were working at Burghley House in Stamford where reggae band UB40 were playing to a crowd of 7,000 people. The weather was perfect, everyone was relaxed and happy, and many people were in a generous mood with their donations. Our fairies had a fantastic time, dancing the night away, as well as supporting an excellent cause.

Anna’s Hope supports children and young people with brain tumours and EducationCity have been proud to support their work in many ways over the last 8 months. Our next major fundraiser will be on 22nd June when we will be walking, cycling and running round Rutland Water as many times as we can in an endurance challenge. You can read more about this on our blog.

Any donations towards it would be gratefully received and can be made here: http://www.justgiving.com/EducationCity-Com
