EducationCity is already well underway with supporting and raising money for Rainbows, since announcing them as their new corporate charity in January. We are proud to say that our first event for the charity took place on 4th February 2015 when we hosted the annual Unwanted Gift Tombola at our HQ!
The team, at EducationCity, were all invited to bring any unwanted gifts they received from Christmas or any other occasion and donate them to the tombola as prizes! This event always produces a lot of fun and laughs in the office and the prizes up for grabs on the tombola were aplenty. Among the highlights on offer was a Secret Agent Alarm Clock, a handy tissue holder in the shape of a house, very fetching pink and black rubber gloves, yummy chocolates and much, much more!
All proceeds from the tickets sold went to Rainbows and £50 was raised from the event – thank you to the team for your generosity, it’s a great start!
