Food Revolution Day

Today, Friday 16th May, is Food Revolution Day. Headed up by Jamie Oliver, its aim is to get kids excited about food and inspire over 1 million children to cook a meal from scratch.

Jamie is running a live cookery lesson for schools at 2pm, and there are all sorts of activities that schools and families can take part in throughout the day. See the official Food Revolution Day website (link to http://www.foodrevolutionday.com/) for full details.
