With all local authority maintained schools, academies and free schools required to meet new school food standards from January 2015, Cooking and Nutrition’s inclusion in the National Curriculum and National Obesity Awareness Week taking place between 12th and 18th January, we thought there would be no better time to highlight how important eating healthily and exercising is.

We’ve something to suit all needs within our Topical Resources, including new ‘Keep Moving All Week’ week-long Lesson Plans, and Activity Reference Booklets to allow your students to log how much exercise they are taking on a daily basis!
