Are your class lists up to date and ready for the new term?
The start of a new term brings so many changes for your school. As new classes join and old classes move on, have a read of this quick guide to making sure you are set up and ready for your new school year:
Setting up a new class:
To set up your new classes in SuccessTracker, simply send a password-protected, zipped Excel spreadsheet of your class and pupils’ names to firstname.lastname@example.org, giving your school name and postcode to help us identify your school. For instructions on how to prepare your Excel file, have a look at this useful guide.
NOTE: To access the Annual Class Transfer feature, you must have your Feature Password to hand.
Move or remove your class/pupils – Annual Class Transfer
The annual class transfer procedure allows you to update your classes for the start of the new school year. To move or remove pupils within your current SuccessTracker classes, use the new Annual Class Transfer feature. This can be found within the Features section and will automatically transfer the pupils and their work across to their new class.
- delete any pupils who have left the school
- add new classes
- transfer some or all pupils from their existing classes to their new classes
Access this feature in the product through the Teacher area-> Pupil Management->Annual Class Transfer.
