What’s Live Chat?
Live Chat means Administrator and Teacher users in the UK can ask us any questions they have about EducationCity online – it’s super handy for giving you the support you need.
Where Can I Find Live Chat?
Live Chat’s really easy to find; to start chatting to us, click on the Live Chat Button at the bottom right of the screen throughout the resource.
Why Is Live Chat Great for Me?
- Super convenient: Live Chat means that you don’t even have to leave your classroom to get support! It’s really
handy if you’re in class and you can’t get to a phone to give us a ring – we can give you support there and then.
- Quick support: With it, you can get super quick support from our Customer Service Team. Our Customer Service Team knows all there is to know about EducationCity and they’ll be able to give you fantastic help with any queries.
- You can leave a message: Even if we’re not able to take your message right there and then or if it’s out of office hours, you can just leave a message in the Live Chat box and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible – super handy!
