It’s World Book Day today! World Book Day is the perfect opportunity for everyone to dress up in fun and fab costumes as their favourite characters from their favourite books and we’ve heard that lots of schools have been joining in with the dressing up today to celebrate!
In the EducationCity office, members of our team have been dressing up as their favourite characters too and all proceeds from dressing up have gone to our corporate charity, Rainbows. We’ve had witches, caterpillars and rabbits galore!
Not only have we raised £20.00 for Rainbows but we’ve also had prizes up for grabs for the best costume in the office. Rhian, who dressed up as Little Red Riding Hood and Kate, who dressed up as Cruella de Vil, received prizes for their fantastic outfits! You can see the costumes in the gallery below!
From everyone at EducationCity HQ, we hope all of you have had a great time dressing up for World Book Day! Why not tweet us pictures of your school dressing up? (@EducationCity)
